ONLINE THERAPY SERVICES
Where you are right now is the perfect place to begin.
There’s no right or wrong reason to start therapy. You might be navigating something specific, or maybe you just feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change.
Therapy offers a space to pause, untangle what’s been weighing on you, and explore what’s possible beyond it. Together, we’ll build awareness, find strategies that actually fit into your life, and create room for real growth — whether that’s healing from the past, strengthening your relationships, or feeling more grounded and at ease in your everyday life.
THE CORE PRINCIPLES
Exploring patterns, building self-worth, and facing challenges together — these principles describe each treatment plan.
Therapy is a partnership that works best when we work together. You’re the expert in your own life — I bring insight, tools, and support to help you understand yourself more deeply to create lasting change.
Healing isn’t one-dimensional. I take a whole-person approach, working with the mind, body, and environment to address the root cause of what you’re facing — not just the symptoms. Every part of you matters in the healing process.
I meet you where you are, moving at your pace and without pathologizing or judging your experiences. Your consent, sense of safety, and control guides every step of our work together.
My work is guided by the most up-to-date, research-backed methods, ensuring your care is both effective and relevant. These strategies are then adapted to fit your goals, values, and pace.
How We Can Work Together
Your experience may involve a combination of the services below.
**All services are available virtually via a PHIPA-compliant video platform.**
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a collaborative space where you can explore your experiences in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. In our one-on-one work, we’ll look at how your past has shaped your present, and how you want to move forward. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, explore what’s keeping you stuck, and develop evidence-based coping skills towards change.

These sessions are an opportunity to reflect deeply, unburden yourself, and build evidence-based tools that support your growth and wellbeing. I’ll listen closely, honor your pace, and help determine the approach that best fits your needs.
No struggle is “too small” for you to seek therapy. Those experiencing anxiety, the effects of trauma, depression, grief, relationship issues, high stress, a life transition, or unhealthy self-esteem can greatly benefit from individual sessions.
**Available as standard 50-minute sessions or extended 75-minute sessions.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a memory-activation and reprocessing treatment for trauma and complex psychological concerns. This treatment is often considered if you struggle with present-day triggers that are linked to past events, have experienced acute or complex trauma, or if you feel like you’ve hit a plateau with just talk therapy.
Learn More
In EMDR, we activate the memory network associated with a specific trigger you’d like to work through. I will then guide you through sets of repeated eye movements (or other forms of bilateral stimulation) until the painful memories have been reprocessed.
EMDR can be used for a variety of concerns (e.g. PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, complex trauma, and phobias). However, it’s not appropriate for everyone. If you’re interested in EMDR, schedule an initial consultation, and we’ll discuss eligibility criteria.
**Available as extended 75-minute sessions or 120-minute intensives.
Couples Therapy
These two-on-one sessions are designed to help you and your partner navigate conflict, improve communication and intimacy, rebuild trust, and strengthen your connection. Using a blend of evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, you’ll be able to address both immediate concerns and long-term relationship goals.
Learn More
Couples seek therapy for many reasons—to explore challenges, deepen understanding, and develop healthier patterns together. With guidance, you’ll learn tools to navigate disagreements, rebuild trust, and enhance connection.
No relationship is “too far gone” to benefit from therapy—fresh perspectives and expert support can help you move forward with more clarity and closeness.
**Available as standard 50-minute sessions or extended 75-minute sessions.
Intensive Sessions
Intensive therapy sessions are designed for those who want to go deeper, faster. Instead of spreading out the work over weeks or months, intensives give you extended time in a safe, focused, and supportive environment to process what’s holding you back. These sessions are especially helpful for trauma work, life transitions, or when you’re feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift.
Learn More
These extended sessions provide us with the opportunity to move through multiple phases of therapy in one sitting—reflection, processing, integration, and grounding—so you leave feeling more complete and settled.
During intensives, we often use EMDR, IFS, and other evidence-based approaches to help you process past experiences, release stored distress in the body, and build new pathways forward. Whether you’re seeking relief from long-standing wounds or clarity around a specific event, intensive sessions offer the space to create meaningful change in a shorter timeframe.
**Available as 120-minute sessions.
Every treatment plan is collaboratively designed with your goals at the forefront, ensuring the process feels relevant, supportive, and truly yours.
